Drew is responsible for administering TSG’s global compliance and enterprise risk programs.
Prior to joining TSG, Drew was co-head of the private fund practice at Promontory Financial Group. Previously, Drew served as a Senior Specialized Examiner in the Division of Examinations at the Securities and Exchange Commission. He holds a BA in Philosophy, with honors, from the University of California, Los Angeles. Drew joined TSG in 2021.

What was the first job you had?
I caddied in high school and college. It was great, I learned more about people in that job than in any job since and definitely had a few laughs too.
What attracted you to TSG?
The people and the culture. The two go hand in hand and neither happen by accident. I was fortunate to have worked with TSG prior to coming work here and I was always impressed by their commitment to building lasting relationships in all of their interactions including with investors, partner companies and even service providers.
What are your greatest sources of inspiration?
My family, the feeling of knowing I have given it my best effort and making sure that I do not let my team members down.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
“Always remember that your reputation is everything and it takes a lot longer to build a good one than it does to lose one.”
How would you describe your working style?
Transparent, diligent, and sometimes a bit too long-winded.
