Nayna works closely with TSG partner companies to translate marketing objectives into clear creative execution. She operates from high-level creative strategy to hands-on tactical executions and specializes in brand systems, implementing creative processes, and empowering in-house teams. 

With experience in both agency and in-house teams, Nayna has practical expertise in brand identity and digital for a range of industries, having worked with brands including Indeed, Kiehl’s, Kraft Heinz, Budweiser, Shisheido, Todd Snyder, and Toyota. She has extensive experience crafting brand direction, style, tone, and methodology to equip partner companies and their teams with tools to execute at scale while adopting best practices that attract new consumers. 

Nayna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Savannah College of Art and Design.

What was the first job you had? 

My first job was working as a beauty advisor at Walgreens. The beauty advisor job provided firsthand experience in delivering exceptional customer care, driving sales goals, and demonstrating brand values. It also ignited my love of all things beauty and wellness.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?  

“Work smarter, not harder” and “You are responsible for your career” have always resonated with me and continue to guide me through my career. 

What are your greatest sources of inspiration?

My kids. When I’m spending time with them, making art, listening to music, or cooking, I find their perspective and curiosity beautifully fascinating and draw a deep well of creativity from it.
