What was the first job you had?  

I worked at my dad's restaurant as a prep cook when I was 13. He taught me how to carefully follow a recipe as well as “if you believe it is there—you will find it." I was so thrilled when I got that first paycheck!

What attracted you to TSG?

The presence and thoughtfulness of people. Everyone shows up as a team making the whole greater than the sum of its parts.

What brings you the most joy in your job?

I come from a hospitality background and my true joy is being able to take care of and support a team.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

"Just because you can, does not mean you should."

What are your greatest sources of inspiration?

The people around me. I value lasting relationships and building on that everyday inspires me.
