Q&A
How would you describe your working style?
Having spent my career in service based capacities, I would classify my working style as hospitality-driven. I believe in treating those you work with/for/around, as you want be treated. Small details can have great impact, and a positive outlook and attitude can change everything.
What are your greatest sources of inspiration?
Since my passions lie in the Arts, it’s no surprise that is where I find my greatest inspiration. Live theatre serves to revitalize my spirit and inspire me to move to greater heights. Living in New York offers me luxury of seeing some of the most remarkable and challenging work out there and I do my best to see as much of it as my schedule will allow.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
There is something to be learned from every person and every situation you encounter. The trick is to remain open enough to receive it.
What brings you the most joy in your job?
My position allows me to help with an array of projects at one given time. I love that it allows me to not only learn about different aspects of the company, but also, allows for me to work with many different people and working styles. TSG is a truly fascinating company to work for. The culture, experience, and overall passion myself and everyone else in the company possess is truly unparalleled to any other experience.
