Monica is responsible for TSG’s investor relations and capital raising initiatives globally.
Prior to joining TSG, she served as the Head of Investor Relations for North America at global private equity firm Permira Advisers. While at Permira, Monica led all fundraising and investor relations activities with North American investors across the firm’s buyout, growth and private credit strategies. She also served on the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
Prior to working at Permira, Monica was at The Riverside Company where she was a senior member of the Investor Relations and Fundraising team, working with investors globally. She began her career at Mercer Management Consulting.
Monica received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Operating Partners provide valuable advice, services and insights to TSG and its portfolio companies for the benefit of TSG’s limited partners. Operating Partners are compensated directly or indirectly by TSG portfolio companies, TSG funds or TSG, and in the latter case, TSG is entitled to reimbursement from TSG portfolio companies and/or TSG funds for such compensation.
