Jack, Rutledge Named Managing Directors And Partners
SAN FRANCISCO, CA, January 10, 2013 – TSG Consumer Partners LLC ("TSG") today announced the promotions of Blythe Jack and Robyn Lawrie Rutledge to Managing Directors and Partners. Both had previously been Principals in the firm, a leading strategic equity investor in high-growth consumer brands.

Ms. Jack has spearheaded recent TSG investments in the color cosmetics and healthy food retail categories. She joined TSG with extensive private equity and consumer experience, including over 10 years at Rosewood Capital. She received a BA with honors in Communication Studies from Vanderbilt University.
Ms. Rutledge has led recent TSG investments in the health and wellness sectors and has actively partnered with portfolio companies to drive growth. She previously was associated with Thoma Cressey Equity Partners, where she dealt chiefly in consumer products and marketing services, and was an investment banker in the Mergers and Strategic Advisory Group at Goldman Sachs. Ms. Rutledge received a Bachelor of Commerce degree with First Class Honors from Queen’s University in Canada and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
As is typical for senior members of the firm, both Ms. Jack and Ms. Rutledge, in addition to originating new investment opportunities, are involved in due diligence on new business opportunities, structuring transactions, and working with partner companies.
