TSG Promotes Baxter Moser To Partner; Costello To Principal

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, December 4, 2013 — TSG Consumer Partners LLC ("TSG"), a leading strategic equity investor in high-growth consumer brands, has announced the promotions of Jennifer Baxter Moser to managing director and partner, and Dan Costello to principal.

Baxter Moser joined TSG nearly seven years ago and has worked with TSG’s investments in Smashbox Cosmetics, Alexis Bittar, Paige Denim and e.l.f. cosmetics, among others. She has been actively involved in originating new investments, conducting due diligence on new business opportunities and structuring transactions as well as working with TSG partner companies.

Costello joined TSG in 2007, and has worked with a number of TSG’s investments including Yard House restaurants and Radio Systems Corporation (Petsafe), among others. He has been involved in structuring and conducting due diligence for new investment opportunities, as well as working with TSG’s partner companies.
