Vince is responsible for driving growth-oriented brand and marketing strategies across TSG’s portfolio. He specializes in brand strategy, growth planning, experiential marketing, and brand execution.
Throughout his career, Vince has worked with numerous best-in-class consumer brands. From hospitality to restaurants to movie theaters, Vince has a particular passion around omni-channel and experiential brands. He was most recently CMO of Blaze Pizza, a franchised private-equity backed fast-casual pizza concept. He started his career at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) advising clients across consumer verticals. Vince graduated with a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and received his MBA from Georgetown University.

What attracted you to TSG?
I have a lifelong passion for driving growth with best-in-class consumer brands and I can’t think of a better place to do that than TSG. TSG’s highly collaborative partnership model and in-house value add services is unique, and being part of that is unbelievably exciting.
If you were to start your own business, what would it be and why?
A luxury resort. It combines all that I love – the art of hosting, design, branding, thoughtful experiences – all while leaving lasting and indelible memories for scores of people.
What brings you the most joy in your job?
The people I have the privilege to work with every day. From collaborative brainstorming sessions to being challenged by others with different experience and perspective – I love how ideas become better and solutions become easier when people come together.
